Clara Dupont
Visual Designer

Clara Dupont — Between Minimalism and Visual Narratives
Born in 1994 in Lausanne, Clara Dupont is a visual designer currently living and working between Paris and Lyon. Through graphic design, branding, typography, and visual experimentation, she develops contemporary visual identities where minimalism meets atmosphere, emotion, and narrative depth.
After studying graphic design and visual communication at LISAA, she continued her artistic education at Campus Fonderie de l’Image before completing a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design & Digital Media at École Supérieure d’Art et Design de Saint-Étienne. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to move fluidly between branding, editorial design, photography, digital media, and creative direction.
Clara Dupont’s work is driven by a fascination with silence, balance, and visual tension. Through carefully constructed compositions, restrained color palettes, and precise typography, she creates visual systems that feel both timeless and contemporary. Her projects often explore the relationship between structure and emotion, where design becomes more than communication — it becomes atmosphere.
Influenced by architecture, fashion photography, contemporary art, and Swiss modernist design, she develops identities that privilege clarity, rhythm, and sensory coherence. Whether working on branding systems, typographic research, photography, or experimental textures, her approach remains deeply focused on detail, materiality, and visual harmony.
Her series-based practice — including projects centered on typography, logo design, abstract textures, and monochrome photography — reflects a desire to build coherent visual universes rather than isolated graphic objects. Each project is conceived as an immersive environment where form, texture, and composition interact to produce subtle emotional experiences.
Rather than relying on excess or visual saturation, Clara Dupont embraces reduction and restraint. Empty space, contrast, repetition, and fragmentation become essential tools within her visual language. Through this minimalist approach, she seeks to reveal the expressive potential hidden within simplicity.
Her work navigates the space between graphic precision and poetic abstraction, creating images and identities that invite contemplation as much as communication. By combining contemporary aesthetics with strong conceptual foundations, Clara Dupont develops a visual practice where design becomes a quiet but powerful form of storytelling.
